Shipping
All items are delivered to you by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery by the Royal Mail or Business Post. They will be in discreet packaging with no indication as to the contents. We aim to deliver your order within 5-10 days. Please be aware that any items ordered from Shirley of Hollywood, Vicari, X-Strings, Dreamgirl and Allure Leather may take upto 28 days as they are imported from the States, however, we do have a large number of items in stock, if there is any delay we will contact you immediately. For UK delivery there will be a flat charge of £2.50. If you spend £30 or more delivery is free. Please note this charge is for UK delivery only, if you are ordering from outside the UK please e-mail us your order and we will contact you with the delivery charge details within 24hrs.
Returns
All our items are thoroughly checked before dispatch, however, if you find an item to be faulty, please contact us within 5 days to obtain a returns address and reference number and to arrange an exchange or refund.
Any other item wishing to be returned (ie.wrong colour/size), must be received by us within 14 days of your order date. The returned item must be in the original packaging and unused. If these conditions are met we are happy to exchange the item or refund your money after deducting postage and packaging costs. Lingerie and items of clothing and goods supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable, also Videos, DVDs and Books/Magazines are unable to be returned.
Please note that once you have received the returns details from us you must send all items back by recorded delivery, we also suggest that you keep a receipt for your records.
